The season of shopping, decorating, and running errands can often keep us busy and stressed. Throughout the busy season it can be nice to take a day and just relax by listening to some Christmas tunes and lighting a Christmas candle while baking in a warm kitchen with your friends and family. Here are two crafty Christmas deserts you can try throughout the season:
1. Nutter Butter Reindeer
Ingredients: Nutter Butter Cookies, White Candy Melts, Candy Eyes or M&M minis, Large Red M&M’s or gum balls, and Pretzels
Recipe:
1. Break the pretzels into antler shaped pieces.
2. Candy eyes or brown M&M minis.
3. Melt the candy melts into a Ziploc bag while following the package directions. For more convenient use, snip off a very small corner of the Ziploc bag.
4. The candy melts will be used to glue the antlers on.
5. After that, use the candy melts to adhere the eyes and nose onto the cookies.
2. Chocolate Melted Pretzels
Ingredients: Pretzels and Hershey kisses
Recipe:
1. Unwrap Hershey kisses
2. Put Hershey kisses on pretzels
3. Let them melt in the oven for no longer than a minute
4. Let them cool
