Nouvel’s Participating in Snowfest!!

After taking 2nd place in last year’s Frankenmuth Zehnders Snowfest competition, this year’s team believes they have a chance at 1st place. This year, Nouvel has an all-senior team consisting of Jacob Miros, Shawn McDonald, Onna Zeleniuk, and Alejandro Ayala. The team has planned a very unique build that they believe will shock the judges. Zeleniuk is more than ready for Snowfest stating, “We’re very excited to start up our sculpture and we’re determined to show our artistic abilities as a group.” This will be the 22nd year Nouvel has participated in Snowfest with the exception of 2020 during the covid pandemic. Mr. Rocha has been the advisor for the entire 22 years saying, “It’s all for good fun. We are not too focused on winning.” If you are interested in seeing their artistic abilities in person, make a stop during the high school competition from January 26th-27th.
