Girls Varsity Soccer

The girls varsity soccer teams first two games were canceled, both due to bad weather and horrible field conditions. However, that did not stop our girls from conditioning and having their indoor practice. The girls went out this Saturday and defeated Clio Varsity girls 15- 0 . Goals were scored by freshman forwards Katherine Felton, Jade Patel, senior Maddie Graham, Lauren Champney, Mckenzie Domine, and Emily Felton. The girls recently played Swan Valley and defeated them 5-2 and also mercied Oscoda Varsity girls with a 8-0 victory and first year goalie Mallory Benkert earned her first shutout in the goal.The lady Panthers competed well, but took their first lost to Class A Bay City Western in a 2-1 this past Saturday. The girls next home game will be Friday at 4:30pm and they will take on Carson City Crystal. Come out and support your lady panthers.
