Panther Women’s Soccer is Underway!

Nouvel women’s soccer is underway! Last year, the girls had a strong year of hard work to push themselves all the way to a district trophy. Sadly, they were eliminated the following game for the first regional round. This year, the girls plan to come back faster, stronger, and smarter. Returning this year for the soccer team are Seniors Catherine, Claire, Sierra, Karly, Maci , and junior Jade. I interviewed senior Catherine Charlton to get a better outlook on this upcoming soccer season. ” Our plan for sure is to compete for a district title. As long as that happens I will be content with my senior years. All the girls on the team have great chemistry and are in good shape, so we really need to sharpen up our x’s and o’s this year. Its going to be more strategy and playing the game, rather than relying on our athletic and physical abilities. Other than that, the team and I plan to have a great year and have fun, regardless of the outcome.” It seems the Nouvel girls plan to have a great year, so lets make sure to come support!
