The boys soccer team faced off in their last game of the season against Valley Lutheran on Wednesday, October 18th. The boys started off very confident when coming into this game since they had beat them in the regular season prior to their face off last Wednesday. The Panthers started the game with plenty of momentum before a 4 to 2 halftime deficit brought them down. They fought all the way to the last second but it was not enough as they fell to Valley 6 to 4.This was a very good year for the Panthers with plenty of young athletes on the team they will be as ready as ever next fall. The boys only had six seniors this year and will come with more momentum and confidence leading into next season. As soccer teams come and go, this years team was one to remember for the will and the heart they played with. Captain Will Jarema says, “it is a bitter sweet feeling we played hard but at the end we loss it was good season overall for us though”. After a season that had many ups and downs the boy’s soccer team ended up with a record of 12-8.
