A few future Seniors at Nouvel Central Catholic share their fun and interesting summer plans:

Colin Kaul has applied and got accepted into an aviation internship program in Oscoda Michigan that restores and builds Cessna 150s (a two-seater airplane). Colin is excited to fabricate parts, work with metal, and redo interior parts for these planes. Colin states: “I can not wait for it to begin.”

Ionna Zeleniuk, got an internship at a leadership camp. It is at Camp Rotary in Clare Michigan and lasts a week. This opportunity is only given to one junior at each high school and Ionna expressed; “I can’t wait to develop my leadership skills.”

Shawn McDonald is working at his father’s company a car dealership. He is working in the sales department, and he mentions; “If you need a car please contact him.” On his time off, Shawn plans to go up north on vacation and go on his boat and relax. He is also thrilled to practice his tennis skills and can’t wait to hang out with friends.

Now, summer is not all for finding jobs and internships, Jessenia Olascuaga can’t wait to get into her favorite sport, slow-pitch softball. She and part of her family are on her church team Saint Francis of Assisi. When she isn’t out on the field hitting home runs she wants to; “Go up north and hang out with friends and have a girl weekend.”

Not all students are staying in the United States.  Jacob Miros is going to Grand Cayman. Grand Cayman is an island just south of Cuba. His house is on the water and he claims “I can’t wait to go scuba diving.” These selected Students of Nouvel catholic central can’t wait to go on summer vacation and I don’t blame them.
