The season began with the crack of the bat with Sophomore Cam Kaul (4) pitching a no hitter and the Panthers taking the win against St. Charles. After this amazing win, the Panthers hit a rough patch losing to Carrolton, Heritage and one loss to St. Louis. Despite this, the Panthers picked themselves up, won one of their games to St. Louis, and swept MLS making their win/loss ratio 5/5. Kaul has a positive outlook to the rest of the season stating, “I think our team has a lot of potential to make a run in playoffs this year. Eventually I can see us winning in our conference. We play some good competition and that will help us better prepare for playoffs.”
