Nouvel’s Varsity Softball team had a great 2015 season, beating John Glenn for the first time ever and defeating Heritage for the first time in over ten years. This past Saturday, Nouvel hosted districts and lost their first game, however, they ended on a winning record with 13 wins and 11 loses. The team has grown very close and will only be losing two seniors, Emily Koester and Katie Buchalski. The girls are very proud of how strong they finished out the season and accomplished many of goals they were hoping for. Go Blue!

The Nouvel Catholic Central Lady Panthers carried on the winning tradition of district championships for Nouvel’s girls varsity soccer bringing home the title with a 3-1 victory over Valley Lutheran. Although the ladies ended their season with a loss to Lansing Christian in the first game of Regionals, overall they had a successful season.  The ladies are losing seniors Ali Boucier, Gabby Helpap, Taylor Martin and Kaylee Pilz, but hope to return strong next year. Go blue!
