FNV takes victory over Dow High

The Hockey team had a great game against Dow last week. After a rocky preseason, the Griffins made a comeback by beating Dow 4-2. Freeland Senior Peyton Essex scored three goals,  and NCC Senior Joey LeFevre scored one. The team then played the Bay Area Thunder  Friday, December 9th , and won with a score of 5-2.

This puts the Griffins record at 3-1.  The Griffins will face off against a tough Jackson Lumen Christi team this Friday in Big Rapids, before preparing to face the Tri-Valley team for the Blockout Cancer game December 21st.
