New Student Spotlight

We are welcoming a new student to Nouvel named Joshua Turner. Josh is currently 14 years old and a Freshman at Nouvel Catholic Central. Joshua previously attended Peace Lutheran middle school. Transitioning from Middle School to High School can be a challenging experience, but especially when having to meet a whole new environment of people.

When I asked him what his favorite thing about Nouvel has been so far was he said, “I’d have to say Homecoming week. I really had fun during field day and being able to play spike ball and cornhole outside with my friends”. Josh’s favorite teacher is Mrs. Adelman, because “she is just a nice teacher and is very understanding and helpful when I am confused on something”. Her class, U.S. History,  is also his favorite class, “We don’t get a lot of homework and the teacher I like the most is teaching”.

We are excited to welcome Josh to Nouvel as well as to our Nouvel family and hope he has a amazing rest of the school year!
