These are a few fun movies you can go see in theatres right now as well as a few movie releases for later this month!

-Ralph Breaks the Internet (PG)

In the sequel to Disney’s “Wreck It Ralph”, Ralph and Vanellope discover a router in their arcade, which leads them into a whole new adventure. This animated adventure comedy includes the voices of John C. Reilly (Ralph), Sarah Silverman (Vanellope), and Gal Gadot (Shank).

-Fantastic Beasts: Crimes of Grindelwald (PG-13)

In the second installment of J.K. Rowling’s Fantastic Beasts, Newt Scamander, played by Eddie Redmayne, must help Albus Dumbledore defeat Grindelwald, who plans to raise pure-blood wizards to rule over non-magical beings. Other notable roles include Johnny Depp as Grindelwald, Carmen Ejojgo as Seraphina Picquery, and Kevin Guthrie as Abernathy.

-Bohemian Rhapsody (PG-13)

Bohemian Rhapsody, starring Rami Malek (Freddie Mercury), Lucy Boynton (Mary Austin), and Gwilym Lee (Brian May), is the dramatic biography of Queen and the years leading up to their legendary performance at the Live Aid in 1985.

-Robin Hood (PG-13)

InRobin Hood, the brave crusader Robin of Loxley and his commander Little John revolt against the corrupt and unjust King of England. Notable roles include Taron Egerton as Robin of Loxley and Jamie Fox and Little John.

Seuss’ the Grinch (PG)

In the animated adaptation of “How The Grinch Stole Christmas”, the Grinch, voiced by actor Benedict Cumberbatch, attempts to steal Christmas, only to have his heart be transformed by a Cindy Lou’s (Cameron Seely’s) holiday spirit.

December 19th:

– Mary Poppins Returns (PG)

Mary Poppins (Emily Blunt) returns decades after her original visit in order to help out the Banks siblings/ Michael’s children during the Depression Era in London. Other notable roles include Meryl Streep as Topsy, Lin-Manuel Miranda as Jack, Dick Van Dyke as Mr. Dawes Jr., and Colin Firth as William Weatherall Wilkins.

– Bumblebee (PG-13)

In the year 1987, Bumblebee finds refuge in California, before being discovered by Charlie (Hailey Steinfeld). After helping Bumblebee, Charlie discovers Bumblebee’s full potential. Other notable roles include Dylan O’Brien as Bumblebee and Justin Theroux as Dropkick.

December 21st:

– Holmes and Watson (PG-13)

This adaptation of Sir Arthur Conan Doyal’s classic mystery is an adventurous comedy starring Will Ferrell as Holmes and John C. Reilly as Watson.

– Second Act (PG-13)

In the romantic comedy Second Act, a box store worker named Maya (Jennifer Lopez) struggles with unfulfilled dreams, leading her to attempt to reinvent her life to prove that it is never too late for a second act. This film includes other notable actors, such as Milo Ventimiglia as Trey, and Vanessa Hudgens as Zoe.
