Cross and the Light

The Cross and the Light was an amazing performance that we as a school got to experience.The performance was held at Sacred Hart Academy in Mt.Pleasant on April 9th. It was a concert experience of the New Testament and is soon going to be international. The story told in this performance is also well known by the Christian faith as the “greatest story told” and is given a modern twist with lighting and is strongly grounded in the American traditions of musical theater. There are plenty of lights and music to keep you engaged in the lively performance. This theatrical performance may not be for the common viewer but is an astounding experience for the Christian believer. One of the NCC staff gave their personal insight on what they thought of the Cross and the Light. Mr. Bradtke said, “I really liked that they took the time and effort to show Judas’s sense of humanity and showed that he was truly human.”
