Wrestling Earns First Team Win

Given the team being light on numbers it is very difficult for them to earn wins as a team, but yesterday they battled and won a team match against Breckenridge. This is the team’s first team win of the season which is a huge accomplishment and something the team could really use as a building block as they move forward toward the postseason. When asking senior wrestler Ian Flores how he is enjoying his first year wrestling he said, “I am having fun learning a new sport and participating in a highly competitive environment.” The wrestling team wrestles this weekend at Adrian College, so everyone wish them luck!
