Soccer Season Wrap-up

The boys fell in a heartbreaking 3-2 loss to Lincoln Alcona last Monday, October 17. The boys fought tough the whole game and had ample opportunities to score, but they just could not find the back of the net. They were persistent the whole year and pushed through many ups and downs, more than doubling their win total from last year. They are losing a lot of senior leadership, but the future is bright with Sophomore striker Colton Schmit who has had an exceptional season, leading the Panther attack. Said Senior captain Paolo Diola about his favorite part of the season was he said, “Was seeing how the team came together collectively, and seeing how they were able to increase the season win total in comparison to previous years.”

As a fan, personally I would like to issue a big thank you for all the Seniors who have played their last game for Nouvel. They played with class and make anyone who cheers for Nouvel very proud.
