FNV Griffins Alumni Game

The annual FNV Griffins alumni game happened over Christmas break, on December 30th. This years alumni game was a success with over 30 players who came back to play. The two teams competed against each other in a three period running clock game, with each team picked and coached by three current FNV players.

Team Black was picked and coached by Nouvel seniors Joey Lefevre and Hayden Simerson, and Nouvel junior Brady Kingsbury. Team White was picked and coached by Freeland seniors Peyton Essex, Ryan Quackenbush, and Chris Morgan. Team Black ended up taking the win after being down by 5 goals. NCC alumni and game MVP Sean Nowosatka had 3 quick goals, while fellow NCC alum Joe Ramah added 3 goals in one shift for the come from behind win. Overall, the FNV alumni game was a great success and they hope to continue it next year and for years to come.
