The second year of the college football playoff did not disappoint. The championship game featured #1 ranked Clemson Tigers and #2 ranked powerhouse Alabama Crimson Tide. The game was exciting to say the least, with Alabama coming out on top with a final score of 45-40. Heisman trophy winner Derrick Henry proved he was the best, finishing with 158 yards and 3 touchdowns. Deshaun Watson, quarterback for the Tigers, finished third in Heisman voting. He had an impressive game as well finishing with 405 yards and 4 touchdowns. If you are a fan of the game it was all you could have asked for, both teams competing at the highest level and the game coming down to the last few minutes.
