During Christmas break the girls had a two game tournament in Detroit on the 28th and 29th. The game on Saturday the 28th was canceled because of the bad weather. On Sunday the 29th the girls played a hard fought game, but fell short to Port Huron Northern losing by one point in overtime. The girls most recent game was played on Tuesday the 5th against Unionville-Sebewaing. They had a crushing victory beating USA 71-42. Laurel Jacqmain led the team with 28 points, 8 rebounds and 6 steals. Junior Anna Buko also helped out the team by scoring 11 points along with  Maddie Graham who scored 10 points and had 8 steals. The lady Panthers are now 4-2 on the season with their next game against Flint Carman-Ainsworth on Tuesday, January 12th.
