Spring sports are coming up and so is girls softball! Led by Coach Randy and David Kazmierski and Coach Jim Mangutz along with captains Bridget Bator, Cory Little, and Katie Buchalski, this season is sure to be a good one filled with great memories. With a team of 14, this is one of the largest teams we have fielded in quite some time. The team is young with only 6 returning players, 2 seniors and 9 players in the 9th or 10th grade. They are currently scheduled to open in Flint against Flint Powers and are hopeful to begin the season with a well deserved win. The pitchers are Captain Katie Buchalski and Savannah Himmelein and catchers Brooke Briggs, Destini Smith, Ellie Hirschman. With a star-studded team like that, this year is sure to be one for the books, so come out and see them sometime this year!
