  1. Erebus

Erebus is arguably one of the best haunted houses in the country. Erebus is located in Pontiac, Michigan. The 4 story house was created by two brothers. The opening day is on November 3 where they expect thousands to come. The legend behind the haunted house is about a mad scientist, Dr. Colbert who built the world’s first time machine.

  1. The Haunt

The Haunt is located in Grand Rapids and takes you on another wide adventure. Aside from the typical haunted house they have a maize packed with strobe lights. They have paintball guns outside where you can shoot zombies. Again they recommend not to bring anyone thirteen or younger out.

  1. Charles’ Village of the Living Dead

The living is near Saginaw but being classified as Saint Charles. The tour begins as you get out of the car and people continue to jump out at you as soon as you get out of the car. They even offer an extra fee for people to pay extra money to get on a carriage ride to their death.

  1. Niles Haunted House

The lot is an enormous outlet for a scary attraction, it stretches a solid 44 acres. There is a lot more to variety than a haunted house at this location in Niles, Michigan. They offer games, house attraction, haunted hayrides and music. They even have a character carrying around a baby on a rope, quite frightening if you ask me.

  1. Spooky Trails Farm

They also offer many attractions, including a hayride where you get to shoot zombies in the woods. There is no age restrictions for this haunted house and their makeup is projected to be the best in the state, even better than Erebus. Spooky trails farm is located in Swartz Creek, Michigan.
