The Evolution of Jimmy Fallon

Ever since his first audition for the popular show Saturday Night Live, Jimmy Fallon has brought audiences to tears with his hilarious skits and celebrity impersonations. After his impressive career on Saturday Night Live Fallon moved onward and upward to the weekly show Late Night later named Late Night with Jimmy Fallon. This is the stage where Jimmy’s career took off running with amazing guests and gut-busting sketches like “Thank You Notes”, “Ew!”, and the series called “The Evolution of Dance”. Host Jimmy Fallon would perform a different form of dance that has “evolved” throughout time such as “The Evolution of Dad Dancing”. Fallon received such great reviews that he became next in line for the very prestigious Tonight Show replacing former host Jay Leno.

Heartfelt host Jimmy Fallon once again captivated his audience on his first run of The Tonight Show with his humble “thank you’s” to his mother and father in the audience for raising him right and standing by him when he aspired to be a talk show host. The show escalated to the laughable “$100 bet” Jimmy had with all of his Hollywood buddies and smoothly transitioned into Fallon’s first guest, Will Smith. Will was a success and assisted in performing a new addition to Jimmy’s staple sketch “The Evolution of Hip Hop Dancing”. With many more shows to come, Jimmy Fallon looks to be a promising host for the new Tonight Show.

In other talk show host news, Seth Meyers, former “Weekend Update” newscaster, inherits Fallon’s show Late Night with confidence after his 10 year career on Saturday Night Live.

Catch Jimmy at 11:35 and Seth at 12:35 weeknights on NBC!
