Gameday Prep: Boys Basketball

Ryan Schwartzly is a senior shooting guard on the Nouvel varsity basketball team. Ryan has played basketball all four years of high school, and has been on varsity for three of those years. Ryan has a big leadership role on this years team being one of four seniors on the team. The day before games Ryan make sure to be drinking a lot of fluids to stay hydrated, and avoid cramps throughout his games. He also makes sure to go to bed early the night before to get a good night sleep. On game day, Ryan likes to listen to music to stay in the zone. Ryan’s favorite gameday song is “Jersey” by Future.
