What is your out of school activity?

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

How long have you been doing this activity?

I started when I was five, took a break and got back into it about five years ago

What is your favorite submission?

Heel Hook

How is it performed?

From kneeling, one knee is popped up, then grab the opponent’s foot from the top of your thigh, grab the ankle, lock the opposite leg, then squeeze the foot against your side, and then twist the ankle

If successful, what is the result?

When successful, the ankle will break

Who is your favorite teacher at Nouvel (past or present)?

Mrs. Willertz

What is the best advice you have to underclassmen?

Don’t care about what other people think, do what makes you happy.
