The Nouvel Varsity Football team is currently 3-4 ending the week with a difficult loss to the St. Louis Sharks on Friday October 8th. Coming off of a forfeit win from Valley Lutheran, the boys were very hopeful to face the Sharks. For their final home game, the team takes on the Hemlock Huskies in a Crossover match-up on October 15th at Boyd field for the Game to Remember and Senior night. Hemlock is currently 4-3 in their league. The panthers are hoping for a win to advance to playoffs and hopefully advance far. Senior Captain Liam Simerson ’22 says, “I hope we make it to playoffs and have a good run.” In order to qualify for the playoffs, the Panthers must win one more game. Next week the Varsity Panthers face Fowler for their last regular season game.
