Our girls basketball team is off to a great start with a 3-2 record. The girls started there season off strong with a big win over Clio. There next game was at Kingston where they took a tough loss as they continue to grow as a team. The following game, the girls finished strong and pulled off the dub against MLS. After starting 2-1 the girls then took on Hemlock at home where they fought hard but came up just short in the final quarter. The girls then faced Pinconning in a one-sided game where the panthers scored 57 to Pinconning’s 18 points. Miceala Lewis was the girls leading scorer dropping a smooth 18 points in the panthers victory. There next game is tomorrow against Ogemaw Heights at 7:00, at Nouvel. Be sure to come out and support our girls as they continue to work and get better this season.
