The great one ,Tom Brady and his New England Patriots came up short against the Philadelphia Eagles. It was a close game all the way through. Backup quarterback, Nick Foles, replaced starting QB Wentz after he tore his ACL earlier this season. Foles showed many glimpses of being an elite quarterback against New England’s defense. In fact, Foles is the only player ever in the Superbowl to catch a touchdown and throw one. Which is an impressive feat. With less than two minutes in the game, Brady drops back into the pocket on first down and scans the field, he sees an open man but this man is not on his team. Brandon Graham breaks through the end of the line and knocks the ball out of Brady’s hand’s forcing a came-clinching fumble recovery for the Eagles. This Superbowl will go down in history as one of the most exciting games. Both teams traded shots all game and made highlight plays. This was Tom Brady’s 8th appearance in the Superbowl and he is now 5-3 all-time in the championship.
