Science Olympiad places at States

This last Saturday, the Science Olympiad State Finals at the beautiful campus of Michigan State University. The team has placed better this year than they have in the past. The team place 32 out of 60 schools facing schools that are ten times the size as us! This year the Panthers won medals in two events with a 5th place in the Hovercraft Competition captured by seniors Blake Drumhiller and John Radke. The Panther’s also placed 6th in the Material Science section taken away by Seniors Keaton Schmidt and John Radke. Said Radke, “It was a great season and we all showed to our best potential. I wish next years team the same luck that we had, but to do better at States.”
