Clement and had a very competitive game against L’anse, the final score was 4-7. On Saturday December 12th, Nouvel took a huge victory against Port Huron winning 6-2! The next home game in tomorrow (12/16) against Davison at 7:00PM.

In other hockey news, there have been teams selected for a charity game against alumni.  This game is inviting any former NCC Hockey alumni to join in a 2 hour scrimmage. The charities are: “Welcome Home Baskets” and “The Library Project”. Welcome Home baskets are for homeless women and children that left all their belongings behind to enter the shelter. They are missing basic items that they need for their new home. Each welcome home basket is filled with all of the items they need to start their new home. The Library project is brought together by Caleb White. He has built 10 libraries inside of homeless shelters. Caleb’s goal is to build a safe quiet environment for children to read and do homework. He is asking guests who come to watch to please donate $1 dollar for admission. If they want to play a game in between periods $1 for each chuck a puck. Anyone who wants to participate in this game will be $20. The game will start at 10am on December 26th at the Saginaw bay ice arena. Please come out to support the hockey team and the charities!
