The Lady Panthers have struggled over this strech of the season, losing their past 3 games, each by double digits. In the game against Kalamazoo, they ended up with a final score of 72-25 suffering a hard loss. Kenzie Domine led Nouvel with 13 points, and Charley Hengesbach helped out adding 6 to their 25. “Bottom line, my girls played great tonight,” Coach Christina Griffis said. “I was very impressed with our patience and execution as an offense and as a whole.” On the fourth of January, they took on the Vikings of Swan Valley where they suffered a heartbreaking 61-31 loss. Charley Hengesbach was able to put up ten in her best effort  to win, but it just was not enough to stop two of the Viking players who would each end with double doubles. In their most recent matchup against the Chargers, the girls had a deficit of ten in a 35-25 come back victory by Valley Lutheran. This just means the Lady Panthers need more support now, more than ever. So, make sure to come out at their next games: Friday the 13th at 6:30  against John Glen at home and Tuesday the 17th at Reese.
