With the fall season here and Thanksgiving right around the corner we are looking forward to the release of many new films. We will take a look into the upcoming films and select our top 5 picks for the month of November and early December.

5. The Night Before (Rated R): Starring Seth Rogan, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and Anthony Mackie as young men that have been friends since childhood, and for years now, their yearly Christmas Eve reunion has been an annual night of fun and laughs. Now that they’re entering adulthood, the tradition is coming to an end, and to make it as memorable as possible, they set out to find the Nutcracka Ball – the Holy Grail of Christmas parties. Will be a good laugh for a group of friends.

4. Spectre (Rated PG-13): Starring Daniel Craig.A cryptic message from the past sends James Bond on a mission to Mexico City and eventually Rome, where he meets Lucia Sciarra played by Monica Bellucci, the forbidden widow of an infamous criminal. Bond infiltrates a secret meeting and uncovers the existence of the sinister organization known as SPECTRE. Will be a great action packed movie and if you are a fan of the James Bond movies then this is a must see.

3. Creed (Rated PG-13): Staring Sylvester Stallone as Rocky Balboa acting as a trainer and mentor to the grandson of his fellow boxing alumni, Apollo Creed.We will be an intense and eventful movie great movie to watch for all Rocky Balboa fans.

The Hunger Games: Mocking jay(Rated PG-13): A hunger game fan’s dream has come true Part 2 now brings the franchise to its powerful fourth chapter in which Katniss Everdeen played by the oh so beautiful Jennifer Lawrence now fully realizes the stakes are no longer just for survival,they are for the future. With the nation of Panem in a full scale war, Katniss confronts President Snow played by Donald  Sutherland in the final showdown. Teamed with a group of her closest friends including Gale played by Liam Hemsworth, Finnick played by Sam Claflin, and Peeta played by Josh Hutcherson. Katniss goes off on a mission with the unit from District 13 as they risk their lives to stage an assassination attempt on President Snow who has become increasingly obsessed with destroying her. The mortal traps, enemies, and moral choices that await Katniss will challenge her more than any arena she faced in The Hunger Games.

1. Star Wars: The Force Awakens: Starring Harrison Ford, Adam Driver, and Daisy Ridley. The beginning of a new Star Wars trilogy will take place 30 years after Episode VI: Return of the Jedi. The new films will feature “a trio of new young leads along with some very familiar faces”. For Star Wars fans all across the world this is a film to die for.
