Before the school went off for break, the Lady Panthers traveled to Bay City to face John Glenn in a tough match up. The ladies were down the whole game but proceeded to come back in the fourth quarter to beat the Bobcats 41-38. During the Christmas break, they then continued their road schedule as the traveled to Bullock Creek to face the Lancers, a heavily favored team in Class B. The ladies suffered a tough loss losing to the Lancers 82-53. Ready to play at home again, the ladies came back to Nouvel to play Dearborn Divine Child this past Saturday. Putting the last game in the past, the ladies beat the highly skilled Falcons 51-39. The first week back to school, the Lady Panthers went to Unionville-Sebewaing to play the Patriots of USA and continued their successful season with a 28-22 victory. Unfortunately, they suffered a tough loss to Midland High last Friday, falling 60-57 to the Chemics. The Ladies play this Thursday against Carmen Ainsworth at home and are looking to get back on track. Come out and show your support!
