Trapshooting Takes Aim

The trapshooting team is hitting the mark in its second year.  Last year, everyone on the team made it to states and ended up 3rd in the division, and currently the team is in 3rd place in the conference with Senior Josh Koester  ranked 1st, Ryan McDonald 5th, and Thomas Witten 6th out of 122 shooters. Brooklyn Dobson is ranked 8th for female shooters.

The Clay Target Team wrapped up its 4th week of competitions on Saturday. Top scores included: Josh Koester 48, Ryan McDonald 48, Charlie Beldyga 44, Thomas Witten 43 and Tino Medina 42. Koester and McDonald each shot a perfect 25 this week as well. This week will be the 5th and final regular season competition then the team will be focused on preparing for the State and National tournaments.
