Boy’s Basketball Update

Nouvel’s boys basketball team is 2-10 this season. Many close games have resulted in disappointing losses, but the boys keep working and striving for their best. They have started to mesh as a team much better in their recent games. Senior guard Carlos Diola is extremely excited to play along side his younger brother Paolo Diola. Paolo is a sophomore guard and is being moved up to help the team since senior Grant Hoffman is out for the next few games. The post players have been working on strength and it is showing on the court. The next game is Tuesday night 2/3 at Garber. The players are hoping to get a win and a spark to propel them through the second half of the season. As the old saying goes, “It’s not how you start, It’s how you finish.”
