The Fall Play

Continuing with tradition, the NCC Drama department will be putting on another play for our enjoyment this fall. This year, directors Susan Sprigg and Mrs. Schindler have chosen to perform “A 1940’s Radio Christmas Carol”. The stage is set for a radio show cast putting on a live broadcast performance for their listeners. Scrooge, the main character, is played by a big wig actor with a bad attitude, becoming a Scrooge himself in real life due to the recent loss of his son. Watch as the cast deals with the trials and tribulations of dealing with his emotions as they tumble out of control as the radio show rolls on! “This play has a very intricate plot with fun subplots as well, overall leading to both funny and heartfelt moments!” says senior actor Adam Krajkowski. The play will be shown on three nights: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday at 7pm. Friday night they are offering a student special of buying one ticket in order to get one free for NCC students with their IDs. This provides a special incentive for people to go, which is a big hope for the members of the cast as senior actress Callie Hagen says “We have a lot of fun performing it and we hope that many people can come out and enjoy our play just as much as we do!” Come out and enjoy the show!
