Tennis takes another Regional Title finishing the season at States!

The Boy’s Varsity Tennis team finished the year strong on Friday, October 7, taking home yet another Regional trophy. #1 single Christian Beyers, #3 singles Brady Vance, #1 doubles Shawn McDonald and Jayden Lucas, and #2 doubles Andy Wagner and Jayden Lucas led the team by getting first in their flights.  With the help of other boys on the team, they secured 17 points at the regionals!

Later the following week, the team had the opportunity to compete at the State Finals. #1 single Christian Beyers, #3 singles Brady Vance, and #1 double Shawn McDonald and Jayden Lucas all won in their first round. Senior Christian Beyers reflected on the season, “I am proud of both the team and myself. we knew we had a strong lineup from the beginning of the season, and I am glad we could do well. winning a match with my teammates cheering me on was my favorite memory, and I’m very thankful for the great season we had.”
