Varsity Soccer Update

UPDATE: The boys ended their season in the first game of Districts to Harbor Beach in a hard fought 2-0 battle. They finished with a 4-11-5 record overall.

Last Wednesday, October 2nd, The Panther Boys Varsity Soccer Team faced off against Hemlock’s team for their Game to Remember and Senior Night. Unfortunately, they ended up losing 3-0. Said senior center back Justin Osmond, “We lost, we were very disappointed and we hope to learn from this game.” Senior and captain Sam Szilagyi added, “It was a tough game. We had hoped to win because we lost to them last time. In addition, it was our senior night as well as the Game to Remember so it was a very special night.” The Panthers play today, October 7th against Everest Collegiate at 6:30 where they can hopefully bounce back from their loss and and bring home a victory.
