The Griffins are coming off of their four game winning streak followed by four loses with a win. Since the start of the new year, the Griffins have struggles in their games. The Griffins started out the month on a four game win streak. their first lose of the new year was to Fenton on January 12th. From then, the Griffins have lost three straight to Davison, the Tri-Valley Titans, and Mt. Pleasant. Although suffering from four straight loses the games were very close in score. Recently, the Griffins have beat the Alliance on February second with an astounding score of eight to three. Junior Gabe Fausnaugh stated, ” We started out the year playing well together but we sort of fell flat towards the middle of the month. With our win over the Alliance, we are hopefully back on track.” The Griffins are 9 and 10 on the season and hope to win out on their last five games. Come support the Griffins as all five of their last games are home! Their next two home games are Friday and Saturday, both have a puck drop time at 7 p.m. Come support your Griffins!
