Boys Basketball Face Early Season Struggles

The boys basketball team has gotten off to a rough start this year as they are 2-8 overall and 2-4 in league play. Despite the disappointing record there has been some bright-spots one of them being all of their loses have been really close. Their biggest margin of defeat was 8 to Garber. Another bright-spot was Michael Ehlman, in their 58-56 loss to Freeland, Micheal had 23 points and earned a nomination for player of the week on MLive. “I was straight hoopin,” Michael said when asked about his 23 point game. The Panthers face St. Charles this Friday with upcoming home games against St. Lois and MLS later this month.
