The FNV Griffins have recently started their pre-season practices. Junior John Paul Lefevre stated,”The first few days of practice were a little slow, but after the teams chemistry started picking up they have really come together.”The Griffins are coming off of a 21-4-1 season and hoping to top that this season. The Griffins are also coming off of a conference championship and playoff  season which they hope to replicate that again this season. the Griffins lost 6 of last years players but have seen a greater amount of kids try out for the team this year. The Griffins are excited to start their 2018-2019 season and ready to get the games rolling. “Please come out and support! The team loves when they have big crowds and it definitely helps us play better!” Lefevre said. The Griffins first game is on Wednesday, November 21, at Saginaw Bay Ice Arena against Tawas High School. Please come out and support! The game is at 5:00 pm.
