NCC Wrestling Wrap up

The Wrestling team had a different kind of year, as it was the first year they combined with Valley Lutheran High School. Nouvel always had a full wrestling squad until this year as they were short players. Only two Nouvel students represented the Panthers for the team at Valley Lutheran. Senior, Kyle Lemanek, and Junior Joe Sanchez were those two representatives. The boys displayed a lot of heart throughout the season. Joe said “Overall it was a fun year, it was definitely different from what we were used to but, it was a good experience meeting new friends and i am glad in the end i got to wrestle this year.” The boys did great this year, and we would like to congratulate Kyle on his final year of high school wrestling, as well as Joe, who will be continuing is final wrestling season as a panther in his senior season!
