Griffins Victorious Christmas Break

Over Christmas break, the Griffins played back to back games, winning both. On the last day of school, December 21^st, the FNV Griffins had to focus even with the excitement of Christmas break. They played against Gladwin Storm taking the 6-1 win. JohnPaul LeFevre had two goals, one assisted by Kenny Kujawa and the other from Sean Nowosatka. Jordan Tafel finished with a whopping 15 saves. The following Wednesday the 28^th, the Griffins beat Bay Area Thunder 5-1. The Nouvel Panthers shined as the defensive line stepped up their game. Nowosatka and LeFevre had assists while Tafel had 16 saves. On January 4^th the boys lost a tough battle to Davison, losing 2-3. Tafel had a good game with 34 saves. Catch the FNV Griffins tomorrow at home vs Kalamazoo. The puck drops at 7 pm. Good luck Griffins!
