Wrestlers grapple to wins at Vassar Team Tournament

The NCC boys wrestling team traveled to Vassar this past weekend squaring off against Hemlock, Vassar, Lakeville, St. Charles, and Garber. Everyone on the team was able to notch a match into the win column making this past weekend a very successful one. Although these guys are improving by leaps and bounds the team has ran into some injury problems at this juncture of the season. Senior wrestler Ian Flores suffered an ankle sprain at practice last week sidelining him for the last meet. In addition, junior Kyle Allen sustain an ankle injury during the meet. This is a big hit to the team because of the limited number of members. On behalf of us here at The Panther Print, we wish the guys a speedy recovery.
