Well Panthers, it is October meaning not only pumpkins, cider and costumes, but also the Power of Pink! Power of Pink events and fundraising events have been a long standing tradition here at NCC, and is aimed to get more students involved in Breast Cancer Awareness. In addition to the “Game to Remember” hosted by both the Varsity Football and Soccer teams, Nouvel will also be selling t-shirts, bracelets, and stickers in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness. The PR class is also sponsoring a pop sale next week and this Friday, there will also be a prize wheel, that will cost $1 giving students the opportunity to wish a variety of prizes. Then at the end of the month there will be a “Pink Out” assembly for all students, with prizes awarded for the Most Pink.
