A Seussical Day

Do you like green eggs and ham? Frankly I have never had green eggs and ham, but it doesn’t sound too bad. Maybe on March 2, I will enjoy some green eggs and ham. Do you know why? Because March 2 is Dr. Seuss day. It is Theodor Seuss Geisel’s birthday, which is Dr. Seuss’s real name. Here are five great ways to honor Dr. Seuss.
1. Bring in your cat, possibly in a hat, or bring in the book Cat in the Hat. It would be a fun exercise if people brought in their cats, and carried them around in exotic hats. Or maybe have the cats jump from hat to hat.
2. Bake ham and make green eggs.
3. Have a day in which all the students bring a bag of candy and select certain students to wear Grinch costumes, and throughout the day, the Grinch will come and steal your candy (Christmas).

4. Have a balancing contest in which you have to balance a cake on your head, while holding other various items, including umbrella, books, small boat, fish bowl, and plate of food delicacies.

5. Don’t be a Grinch.
