In the regional final this past Saturday, the first three doubles all lost their matches six to nothing. The second and third teams also lost their matches six to nothing. Connor Nowosatka ’20 played in the first singles and finished 5-7, 6-4, and 6-2. Connor later would end up falling to the number one seeded Garber in the championship game. Connors performance at the regionals meet last friday has earned him a spot in the state match in Holly, best of luck to Connor. For the rest of the team this was their last match. They gave the season their all making sure to show great sportsmanship and the true panther pride. The tennis team for next year is looking promising as they are only losing two seniors after this year; Shawn Penning and Aaron Kishnick.
