As the winter season rolls around it is time for pom to start preparation for their season of competition. This years 2015 team is lead by 6 seniors: Brittany Jurgens, Elizabeth McConnell, Sarah Elhman, Savannah Teneyuque, Brianna Bivins,  and Sadie Benjamin. After a disappointing 3rd place last year at states the girls are ready to start practicing hard to masters this years routine and attempt to win their 3rd state title in the last 4 years. The girls are coached this year by returning coaches Madeline Lemaire and Kelsey Kalandyk. Stated Senior Brittany Jurgens,   “We have been practicing hard and are getting better everyday and our team is excited for this year of competition and we all believe we can make a run at states this year.” The Regional competition that takes place on Saturday January 16th, 2016 at Northville High school. If the girls preform well and all goes as planned they will continue on to the state competition. The state competition is Sunday, February 7th, 2016 at the Breslin Center at Michigan State University.
