Spring Break is right around the corner and we’re bringing you the top 5 gyms in the tri cities to get your beach body on.

1. Seung-Ni Fitness Club- From kickboxing and body sculpt to zumba, you will never be bored at this gym. The instructors are dedicated to give you the best workout and encouragement. They also offer a six week body challenge to lose the weight and start a healthier diet.

2. The SAC- Are you looking for a spacious gym? The Saginaw Athletic Club is your place to go. They offer ample opportunities for group fitness classes. However, there are weight machines and free weights along with cardio machines for people who like to workout on their own.

3. Sarah Fechter Fitness- You’ve seen the billboard around town, but have you attended any of her camps? Sarah Fechter runs bootcamps that last 6-8 weeks, and is dedicated to help you meet your fitness goals. She also has her own studio on State Street where she holds classes to help further your fitness journey.

4. CrossFit-This gym is located on Bay Road and is a strength and conditioning center.They offer everything from weightlifting and cardio, to gymnastics. There are group workouts that can take anywhere from 5 to 50 minutes. Crossfit has many unique workouts that will get you fit.

5. Pure Barre- This gym is located off of Gratiot and Center Rd. It offers a different approach to working out. They have more relaxed workouts like yoga. You will be relieving stress but also getting your sweat on. Be sure to check it out!
