For the first week of November, here at Nouvel we would like to thank the kitchen staff for all they do and all that they provide for us.  We really appreciate them serving us food and giving us a big Thanksgiving meal when it comes closer to the holidays.  We love that you participate in dressing up for all the different holidays.  We really, really, REALLY love the cookies that you bake for us every singe day!
