Alumni Athletics Update

So, we all know a lot of great athletes have come through Nouvel, but the question is what are they up to now? Well, for our first alumni update we take a look at the college career of Bennett Lewis. Lewis, class of 2012, helped the Panthers win a State Championship his senior year and has continued tearing up the gridiron with five touchdowns in two games for the Hillsdale Chargers. Lewis has a total of 85 carries and 392 yards in two and a half games this season, averaging 130.7 yards per game. Unfortunately, Lewis left at halftime of Hillsdale’s third game against Northern Michigan, with an injury to his ankle… Hillsdale is holding a record at 2-1 this season, and without the dominant force of Lewis behind the line of scrimmage (most of the time he is in the end zone), hopefully the Chargers can continue to win as the season unfolds.
