The Varsity Football season ended last week with a heartbreaking loss to Montrose. Even though the Panthers did not finish their season the way they had hoped, we have to recognize what a great season it really was. The Panthers only loss in the regular season was against Swan Valley and it was a great football game. After Swan Valley, the Panthers dominated the rest of the regular season, beating quality teams like Lansing Catholic Central and Traverse City St. Francis. It was a great season with many awesome moments like Tyler Hendrick’s touchdown on a kick return against TCSF, Garrett’s nasty spin move in the Marlette game, and lets not forget Ryan’s outstanding rushing performance this year. The Panthers carried on the Nouvel Tradition despite their season’s disappointing finish.
