Remember when…

Remember when we took our first steps into High School, when we were put into a situation to meet new teachers, go to different classes and make new friends? Remember the changes everyone went through, that we were no longer children and we were suddenly sky rocketing into becoming adults? We survived the freshmen school, together. The moment in freshmen year that we have four years that is bound to be filled with countless memories and regrets.

Remember when we began to move our way up, sophomore year? We were no longer the young ones in the school and have begun to form lifelong friendships. We started to get the hang of the High School thing. Remember when we lost our #4, Adam Puvalowski? The kid that on any given day had a smile on his face and without a doubt put one on yours, an all around genuine guy that lived his days to the fullest. The one guy that had my back through thick and thin and my soccer star. Remember when we came together, that we were each other’s back bones and support, remember when we got through the struggle, together?

Remember when we entered into junior year which meant varsity sports, senior friends, and college visits? We started to think about our future and the places we wanted to go, things we want to do, differences we want to make. Remember when life seemed to be set in full speed with the endless amount of test taking and the point where grades were our top priority? Remember when we realized there was only a short amount of time to do so much?

Remember entering in our final stride, senior year? Remember even on the first day, senioritis had already set in? Remember being at the top, state champs, and the beginning of the list of ‘the lasts’ ? Remember those who stuck with you and broke your heart, those will be the ones that have made you the person you have become? In only a blink of an eye our four years here at Nouvel Catholic Central have come to an end and we can finally say, we did it!!
